Smartlead vs Saleshandy

Smartlead vs Saleshandy

Smartlead and Saleshandy compete for the same customer: a team or agency that wants to send a lot of cold email from a lot of mailboxes without paying per seat. Their pricing tiers are close enough to look interchangeable. The differences show up in agency tooling, infrastructure options and how much is included by default.

At a glance

  • Smartlead is best for agencies that need client workspaces, white-label access and direct control over sending infrastructure. Plans start at $39 a month.
  • Saleshandy is best for teams that want a simpler product with lead finder credits included. Plans start at $41 a month on monthly billing, or $34 a month billed annually.

Where Smartlead is strong

Smartlead's entry plan covers 2,000 contacts and 6,000 emails a month. Pro, at $94 a month, covers 30,000 contacts and 90,000 emails, and the two Unlimited plans at $174 and $379 raise monthly sends to 150,000 and 500,000. All plans include unlimited email accounts.

The add-ons define the product. White-label client workspaces cost $29 a month each. SmartServers give you a dedicated IP for $39 per server a month. SmartDelivery runs inbox placement tests starting at $49 a month. Smartlead also resells mailboxes and domains from several providers, so an agency can buy, connect and warm infrastructure in one place.

Where Saleshandy is strong

Saleshandy's tiers mirror Smartlead's closely. Starter covers 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails a month. Pro, at $99 a month or $76 billed annually, covers 30,000 prospects and 100,000 emails. Scale sits at $189 a month, or $149 billed annually.

Every plan includes unlimited email accounts, unlimited warm-up and unlimited prospect storage. Lead finder credits are bundled: 1,500 a month on Starter and 4,000 on Pro. For a small team, that means prospect data and sending in one subscription without a separate purchase.

The interface is widely regarded as easier to learn, and features such as a unified inbox, sequence scoring and A/B testing are available without configuration.

Key differences

  • Agency features. Smartlead offers white-label workspaces as an add-on from the Pro plan. Saleshandy reserves white-label for its Enterprise plan.
  • Infrastructure. Smartlead sells dedicated IP servers and placement testing. Saleshandy offers mailbox and domain infrastructure as an add-on, but fewer advanced controls.
  • Lead data. Saleshandy includes lead finder credits in each plan. Smartlead focuses on sending and verification.
  • Team seats. Saleshandy's Starter plan is for one user and Pro for ten. Smartlead's model is built around client workspaces.
  • Learning curve. Smartlead exposes more settings. Saleshandy is quicker to get started with.

Deliverability notes

Both tools include warm-up, mailbox rotation and sending limits per account. Smartlead goes further, with placement testing and dedicated servers for those who want them.

More control is only an advantage if you use it well. A dedicated IP with low or irregular volume can perform worse than a shared one. Placement tests are valuable, but only if someone acts on the results.

Whichever tool you choose, the rules for unlimited mailboxes are the same. Keep each mailbox to a modest daily volume, spread mailboxes across several domains, authenticate every domain, and remove bounced and unresponsive contacts quickly.

Which should you choose?

  • Choose Smartlead if you run outreach for clients, need branded client access below enterprise pricing, or want to manage IPs and placement testing yourself.
  • Choose Saleshandy if you are an in-house team that wants straightforward high-volume sending with prospect data included.

Pricing was checked on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026 and changes often. Confirm current rates before you buy.
