PowerDMARC vs EasyDMARC

PowerDMARC and EasyDMARC are full email authentication suites. Both go beyond reading DMARC reports and offer hosted versions of the records that are hardest to maintain by hand: SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS and BIMI. Both also court managed service providers. On features they are close, so the decision usually rests on price, the number of domains you manage and which interface your team prefers.
At a glance
- PowerDMARC is best for small businesses and MSPs that want hosted records at a low entry price. It has a free plan for personal domains, and its Basic plan costs $15 a month, or $12 a month billed yearly.
- EasyDMARC is best for organizations that want a guided path to enforcement with managed SPF and deliverability add-ons. Paid plans start at $44.99 a month, or $35.99 on annual billing.
Where PowerDMARC is strong
PowerDMARC's Basic plan is priced well below most competitors. It covers five active domains and two users with a year of data history, and email volume tiers from 50,000 to 2,000,000 compliant messages a month. Hosted DMARC, hosted MTA-STS, TLS reporting and hosted BIMI are included.
Two features sit above the Basic plan. PowerSPF, the hosted SPF service that works around the ten DNS lookup limit, is an add-on at Basic level and included in Enterprise. Hosted DKIM and threat intelligence, which maps the sources abusing your domain, are Enterprise features.
The Partner Program is designed for MSPs and resellers, with a multi-tenant control panel, full white-labeling and API support on pay-as-you-go terms. The free plan covers one personal domain and 10,000 emails, and Basic has a 15-day trial.
Where EasyDMARC is strong
EasyDMARC is known for its interface and onboarding. Sending sources are grouped and labeled clearly, and the platform walks you through what to change at each one. For teams new to DMARC, that guidance shortens the project.
Its DMARC Premium plan, at $89.99 a month or $71.99 annually, includes managed SPF, four domains and a year of history, with unlimited users. Above that, the Deliverability and Enterprise tiers add reputation monitoring and up to three years of data. EasyDMARC also maintains a large set of free lookup and generator tools that are useful during setup.
Key differences
- Entry price. PowerDMARC's Basic plan is considerably cheaper and covers more domains.
- Hosted SPF. EasyDMARC includes it in Premium. PowerDMARC sells it as an add-on on Basic.
- Users. EasyDMARC plans include unlimited users. PowerDMARC Basic includes two.
- Free plan. PowerDMARC has one for personal domains. EasyDMARC offers free trials.
- MSP model. Both have partner programs. PowerDMARC's includes white-labeling with pay-as-you-go billing.
Deliverability notes
Hosted records are helpful, and they are also a form of lock-in. When your SPF, DKIM selectors or MTA-STS policy are hosted by a vendor, your DNS points at that vendor. Keep a record of what is delegated and what the standalone equivalents would be, in case you ever move.
MTA-STS and TLS reporting protect inbound mail in transit and are worth enabling once DMARC is enforced. BIMI can display your logo in supporting inboxes, but it requires a policy of quarantine or reject first, and Gmail and Apple Mail also require a mark certificate.
Remember what the tool does not do. Reaching a reject policy still depends on someone working through each sending service and fixing alignment. Budget time for that, whichever platform you pick.
Which should you choose?
- Choose PowerDMARC if cost per domain matters, you manage several domains, or you are an MSP that wants white-label reporting.
- Choose EasyDMARC if you want managed SPF included, unlimited users and the most guided experience.
Pricing was checked on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026 and changes often. Confirm current rates before you buy.
